Welcome to Victoria
A growing but peaceful community with lots of nearby green space
Victoria is a fast-growing and popular area to live in. However, it has managed to maintain its peaceful, small-town feel with the community being home to about 10,000 residents. Only about 25 miles southwest of Downtown Minneapolis, the area has a slew of parks and lakes for enjoying the great outdoors. Lakefront and pond front homes can be found here as well as large estates with space for horses, and there have been a lot of recent new buildings.
Victoria is known for being a friendly and welcoming community. It’s a great place for affluent families of all ages and has some of the highest-valued real estate in Carver County. There is a pretty and historic downtown that is also a hub for local businesses and fun events, including a classic car show, art fair, and live music. The nearby walking and biking trails, boat launches, and golf courses mean there’s ample opportunity to enjoy the area’s pretty scenery too.
